Aurom
Advanced 100% Whey Protein Isolate (Chocolate)
Real cocoa, not too sweet. No chalky aftertaste.
Made in a cGMP-compliant facility · Made in the USA
Have it whenever fits your day. Hitting your protein total is what really counts.

The form
Isolate, not concentrate.
Isolate is whey filtered down to mostly protein, with most of the fat and lactose taken out. Concentrate leaves more of that in. We went with isolate because it's the cleaner pick, and there wasn't much to debate.

The feel
Smooth, no chalk.
A little stevia for sweetness and nothing that turns it into paste. It mixes clean in water or milk and tastes like something you'll want again the next morning.

The label
Two flavors, short lists.
Chocolate or vanilla, both built on whey protein isolate, natural flavor, and stevia. No fillers, no gums, no filler blends. If you can't say it, it isn't in here.
The research
Why protein, and why isolate.
Whey is one of the most studied tools for building and keeping muscle. Here's what the evidence shows, with the studies linked so you can check for yourself.
The benefits
It builds and protects muscle
Protein around your training drives repair and growth. Add it to regular lifting and you gain more strength and lean mass than training on its own.
Read the study, Morton et al. meta-analysis (2018) →It helps you recover
Whey digests fast and is high in leucine, the amino acid that switches muscle repair on. That's why it's a go-to right after a workout.

Most people come up short on protein. A scoop is an easy way to close the gap on a busy day without cooking another meal.

Aim for about 1.6 g per kg a day
Muscle and strength gains climb as your daily protein rises, up to around 1.6 grams per kilogram of bodyweight, then they level off. Whey helps you reach that from your meals and shakes combined.
Read the study, Morton et al. (2018) →Timing is flexible
The old 30 minute window is a myth. Post workout is handy, but your total for the day is what actually moves the needle.

Isolate is the purest whey
Isolate is filtered to 90 percent or more protein, with under 1 percent fat and lactose. Concentrate sits closer to 70 to 80 percent protein with more lactose. More protein, less of everything else.

Because it's filtered down to almost pure protein, isolate is very low in lactose. Most people who feel bloated by regular dairy or concentrate do fine with it.

Protein you'll actually keep drinking.
Mixes in seconds
No grit, no foam, no chunks at the bottom. A few shakes and it's smooth all the way through. It tastes clean and goes down easy every time.
Actually sits well
Most protein powders left me feeling heavy afterward. This one feels light, easy to digest, and simple to make part of my routine.
Just 3 ingredients
I was tired of labels packed with ingredients I couldn't pronounce. Three simple ingredients was enough to earn my trust and keep it.
Questions, answered
The things people actually ask.
Straight answers, backed by the research.
Is whey bad for your kidneys?
In healthy adults, higher-protein diets don't harm kidney function. A review of dozens of trials found no effect on how well the kidneys filter. If you already have kidney disease, check with your doctor first.
Read the study, kidney meta-analysis (2018) →Will protein make me bulky?
No. Protein helps repair and hold onto muscle, but visible bulk takes a long stretch of eating extra calories and training hard. A scoop of whey won't do it on its own.
Read the study, ISSN protein position stand →Do I need protein if I don't lift?
It still helps with recovery, staying full, and holding onto muscle as you age. You might need a bit less than a hard-training lifter, but it's useful for most people.
Read the study, ISSN protein position stand →I'm a little lactose intolerant. Can I drink this?
Isolate is filtered to under about 1 percent lactose, so most people who react to regular dairy or concentrate handle it fine. Start with one scoop and see how you feel.
Read more, isolate vs concentrate →When should I drink it?
Whenever fits your day. After a workout is convenient, but your total protein for the day matters more than the exact time.
Read the study, ISSN protein position stand →How much protein do I actually need?
For building or keeping muscle, the research points to roughly 1.4 to 2.0 grams per kilogram of bodyweight a day from all your food combined. Whey just makes hitting that easier.
