These terms cover your use of auromsupplements.com and anything you buy from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Aurom is operated as a sole proprietorship in Tennessee, United States.
Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us.
Products and information
Aurom sells dietary supplements. We publish every ingredient and its exact dose on the label and on the product page. We do not use proprietary blends.
Our products are made in a cGMP-compliant facility in the United States.
We do not hold NSF, NSF Certified for Sport, or any other third-party certification, and we do not claim to.
Health disclaimer
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Nothing on this site is medical advice. Talk to your doctor before starting any supplement, particularly if you are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, or take prescription medication.
Pricing and availability
Prices are in US dollars and can change. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honor it, and we will tell you why.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We can decline or cancel an order, and if we do we refund you in full. Reasons we might: we suspect fraud, the address is undeliverable, a discount code is being abused, or we cannot source the product.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are covered by our subscription and cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.
Returns
We do not accept returns. Our return and refund policy explains the situations where we refund anyway, and it forms part of these terms.
Discount codes
Discount codes are for personal use by the customer they were shared with. One use per customer unless stated otherwise. We may void a code and cancel orders placed with it if it is posted to a coupon aggregator, used with automated tooling, or used to place repeated orders that were not what the code was for.
Creator program
If you join the creator program, the creator program terms apply in addition to these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at alex@aurompartner.com if you think someone else has access.
Your content
If you post a review or send us a photo, you keep it, and you give us permission to show it on our site and channels with your first name. Do not post anything untrue, anything that is not yours, or health claims about our products that we have not made ourselves.
Our content
The Aurom name, logo, site copy, and photography are ours. Do not copy them for commercial use without asking.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Aurom is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order. Some states do not allow this, so it may not apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States.
Changes
We can update these terms. The current version always lives on this page with the date it was last changed. Material changes that affect an active subscription get an email.
